The City of Montclair will officially open the Splash Pad, a zero depth water playground, and provide information on its summer youth programs on Saturday, May 25 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Alma Hofman Park, located at 5201 Benito Street, Montclair. The free event will also include an inflatable water slide, games and activities for kids. Swim wear is required for the Splash Pad and water slide.

            The event will also provide information of the City of Montclair’s summer programs, open to youth who live, attend school or have a parent who works in Montclair. Families will have the opportunity to learn about summer programs, meet program staff and register on site. Those families that attend will receive a $15 discount on registration (one discount per family).
