Montclair Planning Commission
The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled for Monday, September 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 5111 Benito Street. The public is invited to attend.

Splash Pad Now Open!
The Splash Pad, a zero-depth aquatic facility for children and adults, is now open in Alma Hofman Park at 5201 Benito Street, adjacent to the Civic Center. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily during the summer. Put on your swimsuit and enjoy some cool relief from the summer heat!

Transactions and Use Tax Oversight Committee - Determination of Compliance
On September 27, 2007, the Transactions and Use Tax Oversight Committee (TUTOC) met to review and discuss documents related to the annual expediture of General Fund revenues, as supplemented by transactions and use tax revenues, in support of Montclair Business Plan strategic priorities.
