At the March 7, 2016 City Council Meeting, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 16–3112 amending the current Master User Fee Schedule. Pursuant to Resolution No. 16–3112 the amended Master User Fee Schedule became in full force and effect immediately upon adoption.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 06–2670, the City requires that fees be maintained to ensure that associated costs for the delivery of specified services are appropriately charged to consumers to limit the cost burden on the City's General Fund. The proposed fee adjustments are based on current cost information, fee levels charged by surrounding agencies, market sensitivity, and the average labor cost to provide the service.
