Trash and Sewer Account Delinquency Lien Notice


Due to the July 3, 2017 City Council meeting cancellation, residents who intended to settle a trash and sewer account delinquency, contest a proposed lien, request an extension, or need assistance with the lien process may contact the Finance Department’s Utility Liens Division via one of the following methods:

  1. Call to leave a message with your information: (909) 625–9414
  2. Send an Email with your information to cgraves@cityofmontclair.org
  3. Drop a letter in the utility payment dropbox in front of the north entrance of City Hall at 5111 Benito Street, Montclair, or mail the letter to Finance Department - Liens Division, 5111 Benito Street, PO Box 2308, Montclair, CA 91763.

You may alternatively appear at the next regular City Council Meeting on July 17, 2017.
