- Introduction: The Montclair Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
This meeting has been cancelled due to a lack of business.
This meeting will take place in the Theatre Room (west side of the Library building, enter from Fremont) in the Civic Center campus due to construction taking place in the Council Chambers through the end of September.
Posting of Agendas
In accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act, agendas are posted online and at the City Hall bulletin board at the north entrance at least 72 hours before regular/adjourned meetings, and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
Regular meeting agendas are typically posted by 6:00 p.m. the Thursday preceding the regular meeting dates. Additional materials (large maps or voluminous reports) related to any item on this Agenda that are not included in the digital agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Community Development Department, located at City Hall at 5111 Benito Street, Montclair, California, and can be accessed between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, after the agenda has been posted.
Regular meetings that fall on national holidays or the observance thereof are rescheduled to the following Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
