Senior Information Workshops

Free (unless noted). The City of Montclair Human Services Department hosts various seminars and events. All programs are held in the Senior Center. Please RSVP to attend at (909) 625-9483. Refreshments will be served.

Dirty Bingo

Wednesday, September 20 from 2-3 p.m.

Inter Valley Health Plan is sponsoring an afternoon of fun and bingo, with cleaning products as prizes!

New Vehicle Technology

Tuesday, October 10 from 1-2 p.m.

A representative from AARP will be discussing how to better understand your car's technology works that can make driving safer and more enjoyable.

 Autumn Intergenerational Dance

Thursday, October 26 from 3-6 p.m.

Join us for an afternoon of dancing and fun. A dance off will take place between the seniors and participants from the Youth Center.

 Veterans Day Dance

Wednesday, November 8 from 3-6 p.m.

Live music will be provided with a special salute to our military USA Veterans. The cost of the event is $5 per person unless you are a United States Veteran (no charge for you or your spouse). Special refreshments will be served. You must purchase your ticket in advance by Monday, October 30; tickets are available at the Montclair Senior Center front desk. Inter Valley Health Plan is co-sponsoring.

 How to Protect Yourself from Being a Victim

Tuesday, November 14 from 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Officer Chad Ebli from the Montclair Police Department will be presenting on how you can protect yourself from being a victim.

 Earthquake Preparedness

Thursday, December 7 from 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Montclair Police Department Public Safety Administrative Supervisor Rob Pipersky will be providing information and things you should do to prepare for a large earthquake.

Afternoon at the Movies

Once a month a FREE movie will be shown in the Senior Center at 1 p.m. Popcorn and lemonade will be provided. Candy and nuts will be on sale for $1 each (money raised benefits senior programs).
