Obtain a seller's permit (or resale license) from the CDTDFA
If your business involves the sale of products, either retail or wholesale, you are required to obtain a seller's permit from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration(CDTDFA).
State of California License
If your business is required to be licensed by the State, we will need a copy of the license. For example: Doctor, Attorney, or Contractor.
San Bernardino County Permit
If your business is a food business, you are required to obtain a Health Permit.
Submit all the applicable documents above along with a completed application to the Business License Department
Applications may be submitted and fees paid between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Articles of Incorporation may be substituted for the Fictitious Business Name Statement (if not applicable). The license certificate will then be mailed to you approximately four weeks later.
