CITY HALL CLOSURE NOTICE REGARDING RECEIPT OF EMAIL, MAIL, AND ONLINE FORMS
The City business offices will be closed for the holidays beginning at 6:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025, and will resume operations on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. Any communications sent to the City via email, mail, or online form submission during this closure will be considered received by the City no earlier than January 5, 2026.

Essex Park Improvements

Essex Park is a small park located in the southeast region of Montclair next to Ramona Elementary. The park’s parcel is owned by the Ontario-Montclair School District (OMSD). Existing amenities include a youth baseball field with dugouts, a concession building, and a parking lot. The Parks and Recreation Master Plan recommends adding a playground with benches, picnic table, waste receptacles & exercise stations.
