There are four opportunity areas, and the recommended amenities include a group picnic area, an outdoor exercise area, a playground with features for toddlers and older children, a restroom building, parking lot expansion and a multi-purpose rectangular field with a focus on youth soccer, a basketball court, and a walking loop with fitness stations.
