NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MATTER (AVISO a TODAS LAS PERSONAS INTERESADAS EN EL ASUNTO):
- All persons interested in the matter of the validity and confirmation of proceedings relating to the authorization of the issuance of debentures and bonds refunding the debentures to be issued with respect to certain obligations of the City of Montclair arising under California Government Code Section 53215, et seq., an interest rate, and other related agreements, a reimbursement agreement, and any other related contracts or agreements authorized or contemplated by the City Council of the City, and the adopting of resolutions pertaining thereto.

- You have not less than ten (10) days after completion of the publication of this Summons, to file a typewritten response at this Court. If you do not contest the legality or validity of this matter in the time and manner set forth herein, the City may apply to the Court for entry of a default judgment providing all relief demanded by the City in the Complaint. Persons who contest the legality or validity of the matter will not be subject to punitive action, such as wage garnishment or seizure of your real or personal property. A letter or telephone call will not protect you; your typewritten response must be in proper legal form if you want the court to hear your case.
