Email the form with proof of company liability insurance to the Department of Public Works: Engineering Division. Auto liability and Bodily Injury insurance must be at a minimum of $1,000,000. Allow 24-hours for processing. You will be contacted when the permit is ready. Transportation permits must be purchased in-person. Businesses that are located farther away from Montclair are allowed to use a third-party courier service to collect and pay for permits at their discretion.
