In the event that the move date has changed after a Transportation Permit has been issued, the applicant shall immediately notify staff within the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. As long as the move date isn’t the same as the present day or the date on the permit hasn’t yet passed, the permit can be reissued at no cost. If the moving day has past or if the change needs to be made on the same day as the move, the applicant shall purchase a new permit.
