Will I still receive mail delivery and/or other parcel and equipment deliveries on the day the parking restrictions are imposed?
No delivery vehicle will be cited for parking in the restricted area if it is in the delivery process.
I will have guests over for the Holidays. Are they allowed to park on the street during street sweeping day?
Parking restrictions will not be enforced during the week when the holiday causes trash pick-up and street sweeping to be postponed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

What are the City’s rules for construction in the public right-of-way during the Holiday Season?
During the holiday period at the end of each year, traffic along many streets near Montclair Place (formerly Montclair Plaza) will increase considerably. To accommodate this traffic, it will be necessary to restrict all development work, utility, and maintenance related work, within certain streets.
