The City business offices will be closed for the holidays beginning at 6:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025, and will resume operations on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. Any communications sent to the City via email, mail, or online form submission during this closure will be considered received by the City no earlier than January 5, 2026.

How can I become a contractor for the City’s Capital Improvement projects?

The City follows all standard protocols and government regulations when selecting contractors for improvement and maintenance projects. Contracted maintenance, regulatory, support, and design services can be extended only with formal approval by the City Council. Staff reports outlining services already contracted out can be found within the City Council Meeting Agenda archives. The current online platform to advertise open bids for Capital Improvement Projects is on Planet Bids. Interested parties can set up an alert on their account to send notifications when bids are opened by the City.
