How do I apply for affordable housing?

The Montclair Housing Corporation (MHC) is a nonprofit, public-benefit corporation that is dedicated to increasing, improving, and preserving affordable housing in the City of Montclair.  The MHC currently manages 18 single-family units, which includes a condominium unit, and 80 apartment units. All the properties are rented to low-to-moderate income families with tenants undergoing a comprehensive tenant screening process.
