No delivery vehicle will be cited for parking in the restricted area if it is in the delivery process.

The traffic light signal button is stuck or the pedestrian light doesn’t work! Who can I report it to?
You may report the inoperable traffic button to the Public Works: Operation Division here. Please be sure to name the cross streets and which corner the traffic light post is on.
What are the City’s rules for construction in the public right-of-way during the Holiday Season?
During the holiday period at the end of each year, traffic along many streets near Montclair Place (formerly Montclair Plaza) will increase considerably. To accommodate this traffic, it will be necessary to restrict all development work, utility, and maintenance related work, within certain streets. Please read the official release for site locations and more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The City of Montclair accepts cash, checks (made payable to: The City of Montclair), Visa, or MasterCard. If a credit card is used, the name on the credit card much match the identification of the person using the card.
How do I get the monthly listing of new business licenses?

Where can I find information about general plans and measurements of your public streets?
General information can be found in the City’s General & Specific Plan or the City’s Standards and Specifications document list. For specific information, especially research regarding a particular site or development, please submit a public records request.
How do I discontinue my trash and sewer service?
To discontinue service and receive a closing bill, you must contact Monte Vista Water District at (909) 624-0035. The District will forward the information to the City on a weekly basis. A phone call to the City of Montclair is not necessary as all pertinent information is forwarded from Monte Vista Water District.
