Formation of Successor Agency Board

Under Health and Safety Code Section 34173, which dissolved local redevelopment agencies in California, the City Council chose to serve as the Board of Directors of the Successor to the City of Montclair Redevelopment Agency (Successor Agency). The Successor Agency Board of Directors takes actions on matters that were formerly redevelopment issues, and makes recommendations to the Oversight Board regarding the disposal of former Redevelopment Agency properties.
