Road Construction permit applications are only for work done on City property in the public right-of-way such as streets, sidewalks, driveway approaches, and curbs. The application can be downloaded or collected in-person from the Public Works Engineering Department. Residents who would like to their home water tested for quality can contact the Monte Vista Water District (909) 624-0035 or hire a private contractor for services at their own discretion.
Visit the Finance counter at City Hall to get a parking permit. Please bring your ID, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration.

During the holiday period at the end of each year, traffic along many streets near Montclair Place (formerly Montclair Plaza) will increase considerably. To accommodate this traffic, it will be necessary to restrict all development work, utility, and maintenance related work, within certain streets.
