City of Montclair COVID-19 Update

City of Montclair Public Health Guidance No. 06-01-2021-Facemasks

Recycling

Reduce the amount and toxicity of trash you discard.

Reuse containers or products; repair what is broken or give it to someone who can repair it.

Recycle as much as possible, which includes buying products with recycled content.

What can you do to help? By utilizing your blue recycling container millions of tons of material can be diverted away from landfills and incinerators.  Recycling turns materials that would otherwise become waste into valuable resources.  In addition, it generates a host of environmental, financial, and social benefits.  Materials like glass, metal, plastics, and paper are collected, separated, and sent to facilities that can process them into new materials or products.

For any residential recycling questions please contact Customer Service at (909) 625-9472.

Commercial Recycling

For commercial recycling programs please contact Burrtec Waste at (909) 620-1353.  Cost is determined on a case-by-case basis.
