Arrow Highway Rehabilitation & Traffic Signal Interconnect

Arrow Highway is part of the North Montclair revitalization effort, which includes incorporating complete streets concepts and street beautification elements.  In advance of the planned Arrow Highway Street improvements, a number of underground utilities need to be constructed such as a new Edison circuit system, sewer main line capacity upgrades, traffic signal upgrades and storm drain pipeline improvements.
