Reeder Ranch House Exterior Improvements
This project will provide ADA access throughout the site via walkways and connect to the new Reeder Ranch Park. The existing barn structure will be demolished and new landscaping will be installed around the Reeder Ranch House. Safety and security measures will include pathway lighting, new fencing, and security cameras. This project will require removal of surface contamination on the structures such as oil, grease, loose paint, scale, mildew, dirt, rust, mortar, and efflorescence. Removal of deteriorated and rotting exterior wood and loose lead paint will be abated and sealed prior to priming and painting the house. There will be an installation of rough ashlar veneer at the base of house and the rehabilitation of windows, screens, and doors, as required.
