BINGO | Bingo is on hiatus and will return on Monday, January 26, 2026. Doors open at 12:30 PM for registered participants. Participants must be age 50+ and registered with the Montclair Senior Citizen’s Club. Registration form is available at the Montclair Senior Center.

Healthy Heart presented by IEHP | Monday, December 8 (English) from 9:30 – 10:30 AM
This engaging program, led by an IEHP Health Educator, is designed to help participants understand how to keep their hearts healthy through simple lifestyle changes. Participants will learn about heart disease prevention, the importance of healthy eating and physical activity, and ways to manage blood pressure and cholesterol. Through interactive discussions and practical tips, this session will empower individuals to take steps toward a stronger, healthier heart. This session will meet in the Senior Center and is presented by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).

Appointments with Isabel from Inland Counties Legal Services are available on the second Thursday of the month. Appointments are limited, no walk-ins available. Seniors can make an appointment by calling Isabel at (888) 245-4257

Department of Aging and Adult Services – Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) | Tuesday, December 16 & Tuesday, January 27 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A DAAS-PG representative will be at the Montclair Senior Center to provide information and assistance on programs that are available to senior citizens. Bus passes may also be available for distribution for the current month; however bus distribution is not guaranteed and is dependent on supply. The Regional Council on Aging meeting for December is cancelled and will resume in January 2026. Come and learn about programs and services available to you. The Council also wants to hear about your needs and concerns. All Seniors are welcome.

Healthy Living Presented by IEHP | Monday, January 12 (English) & January 26 (Spanish) from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
This informative and motivating program, led by an IEHP Health Educator, focuses on empowering participants to build healthier daily habits through simple, achievable lifestyle choices. Participants will explore key components of healthy living, including balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, stress management, and the importance of routine health checkups. Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, this session will equip individuals with the tools and confidence to make positive changes that support long-term well-being and an overall healthier lifestyle. This session will meet in the Senior Center and is presented by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).
FREE TAX SERVICES | Provided by AARP & San Bernardino County (TAD)
AARP | Volunteers from AARP will be assisting with filing income taxes at the Montclair Senior Center every Tuesday from February 3 until April 14, 2026 from 8:30 – 11:00 AM. Sign-ups are made in person and is at a first come, first serve basis. Sign-up sheets will be provided when the Senior Center opens at 8:00 AM the day of each session.
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSITIONAL ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT (TAD) | TAD Tax preparation services will be available by APPOINTMENT ONLY at the Montclair Senior Center from 8:30 – 11:00 AM
