Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia presented by Alzheimer’s Association | Friday, August 19 at 1:00 PM
Alzheimer’s Association will present on educational topics to learn how lifestyle choices can support brain health and reduce the risk of cognitive decline.

Mindful Living in a Stressful World presented by IEHP | Friday, August 1 (English) and August, 29 (Spanish) at 1:00 PM
This program is led by an IEHP Health Educator and is designed to help participants better understand and manage the impact of stress on their daily lives. Through guided discussions and practical strategies, participants will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their routines, improve emotional well-being, and build resilience. This series will meet in the Senior Center and is presented by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).

Department of Aging and Adult Services – Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) | Tuesday, August 26 at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A DAAS-PG representative will be at the Montclair Senior Center to provide information and assistance on programs that are available to senior citizens. Bus passes may also be available for distribution for the current month; however bus distribution is not guaranteed and is

Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Services | Friday, August 29 from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
