10 WARNING SIGNS by Alzheimer’s Association | Friday, October 21 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Learn the basics of Alzheimer’s and dementia in this informative session presented by the Alzheimer’s Association covering symptoms, stages, risk factors, and more.

KNOW YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINES presented by IEHP | Friday, October 13 (English) and October, 27 (Spanish) from 1:00 – 2:00 PM
This program is led by an IEHP Health Educator and is designed to help participants better understand the medications used to manage high blood pressure. Through engaging discussions and practical information, participants will learn about common types of blood pressure medications, how they work, possible side effects, and tips for safe and effective use. This series will meet in the Senior Center and is presented by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).

Department of Aging and Adult Services – Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) | Tuesday, October 28 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A DAAS-PG representative will be at the Montclair Senior Center to provide information and assistance on programs that are available to senior citizens. Bus passes may also be available for distribution for the current month; however bus distribution is not guaranteed and is dependent on supply. Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Services | Friday, October 24 from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
