Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body presented by Alzheimer’s Association | Friday, July 15 at 1:00 PM
Alzheimer’s Association will present on educational topics to learn how lifestyle choices can support brain health and reduce the risk of cognitive decline.

Mindful Living in a Stressful World presented by IEHP | Friday, July 11 (English) and Tuesday, July 25 (Spanish) at 1:00 PM
This program is led by an IEHP Health Educator and is designed to help participants better understand and manage the impact of stress on their daily lives. Through guided discussions and practical strategies, participants will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their routines, improve emotional well-being, and build resilience. This series will meet in the Senior Center and is presented by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).

Department of Aging and Adult Services – Public Guardian (DAAS-PG)

Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Services | Friday, July 25 from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
